We are looking to hire a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will support our Shipping and Receiving department.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Sign for incoming packages
  • Write up incoming units for repair work.
  • Perform quality inspection on incoming units.
  • Scan all receiving documents.
  • Identify proper packaging.
  • Verify part number and serial number.
  • Prepare shipments for pickup and deliveries.
  • Check for correct labeling and proper packaging.
  • Make records of all shipments
  • Assists on daily inventory.
  • Manages consignment Inventory.
  • Runs Picking Report to assist other team members.
  • Assists mechanics at the windows.
  • Giving parts and consuming them to the WO#
  • Processing Yellow Tags
  • Receives back to inventory the parts returned from the shops.
  • Receives the Yellow Tags into inventory.
  • Overall organization of the department
  • Relocating parts
  • Printing new labels
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Assists other team members with their tasks.

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer knowledge and detail-oriented candidate
  • Able to follow written instructions from manuals or documents.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Pushing and pulling object in general
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Previous Receiving, Stockroom & shipping, experience is a plus.
  • Previous Quantum experience is a plus.
