This company supports the aerospace, medical, and security industries and is looking for a dependable Shipping and Receiving Associate who is comfortable preparing shipments, receiving materials, verifying inventory, and using shipping systems to keep products moving accurately and efficiently.

Shipping and Receiving Associate Job Duties:
• Prepare shipments using custom software for postal or commercial delivery
• Determine the most economical and efficient shipping method
• Select appropriate shipping containers and pack items to ensure safe delivery
• Receive goods and verify the quality and count of items unloaded
• Check incoming goods against supplier counts and report discrepancies as needed
• Maintain department databases and complete shipping/receiving records
• File shipping and receiving documentation accurately
• Place received goods into designated job totes
• Drive company vehicle to deliver shipments as needed
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Learn and assist with other company-related duties as needed

Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday 6:30pm - 5pm

Shipping and Receiving Associate Requirements:
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft PCs, FedEx, and UPS websites
• Ability to verify counts, quality, and shipment details accurately
• Comfortable using custom software and learning new systems
• Ability to operate hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Valid driver’s license preferred for company vehicle deliveries
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player with good communication and follow-through

Pay:
$20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE
