Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED plus (3) years progressive shipping, receiving or warehouse experience including one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age with no felony or theft convictions.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and demonstrate leadership and team-building skills with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to be persuasive and tactful in controversial situations; skill in resolving customer complaints and concerns.
• Skill in reviewing and analyzing operational reports; knowledge of records maintenance and retention.
