Position – Quality Inspector

Job Location – Pewaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:30am – 3:45pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18-$25 per hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2-5 years of quality inspection experience

This position will inspect the castings during process and before shipping, along with performing non-destructive testing on the castings, such as liquid penetrant and pressure testing.


Responsibilities

-Performs assigned, routine visual inspections and other specified tests on raw materials, goods in process, and finished products.

-Final inspection of castings prior to shipment and compare results of inspections and tests to the company’s quality standards, report results to supervisor for final analysis and action steps

-Develops, maintains, and posts logs, charts, and forms detailing quality levels, inspection data, and results of special quality studies

-Consults with supervisor to determine appropriate recommendations and remedies for questionable products. · Maintains quality records as needed.

-Performs other quality related duties as assigned


Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED required

-2-5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

-Able to read prints, perform basic math and computer skills

-Goes above and beyond and has a positive attitude!

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
