The Role:

Star Blends is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to manage the flow of inventory throughout our mill warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring products are received, stored, tracked, and shipped accurately while supporting daily production and customer needs.


What You'll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming ingredients, medications, bags, totes, and other warehouse materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Manage inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and expiration date controls
  • Pick, stage, load customer orders, and transfer shipments accurately
  • Coordinate warehouse restocking to support production and customer demand
  • Verify shipping and receiving documentation and maintain lot-code traceability
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Transportation, Customer Service, and Quality teams
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Follow all company safety, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and quality requirements
