Job description

Shipping & Logistics Specialist

PrideStaff is seeking a dependable Shipping & Logistics Specialist for an established manufacturing client in Redmond. This role handles daily order fulfillment, inventory stock, and logistics using Shopify and ShipStation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare domestic shipments using Shopify and ShipStation.

  • Prepare outgoing parcels and pallets according to safety, quality, and carrier standards.

  • Stock and organize warehouse inventory to maintain an efficient, orderly workspace.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing, safety, and chemical handling.

  • Complete future company-provided HazMat shipping certification (IATA/IMDG).

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping, order pulling, or warehouse operations.

  • Proficiency with Shopify and ShipStation (or similar e-commerce/shipping software) is a plus.

  • Solid foundational math skills for calculating weights, quantities, and inventory counts.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 25 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

  • Stand and move on concrete floors for extended periods.

  • Comfort in an environment with common industrial chemicals (isopropyl alcohol, acetone, etc.) using provided PPE.
