Position Summary
McFarlane Aviation is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Invoicing Representative to help process and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This role is responsible for pulling and packaging parts, preparing shipping quotes, completing quality checks, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate part traceability while providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Accurately locate and pull parts within the warehouse
  • Package customer orders safely, accurately, and cost-effectively
  • Complete shipping transactions and invoicing using inventory management systems
  • Maintain accurate part, lot, and shipment traceability
  • Provide shipping and freight quotes for customer orders
  • Coordinate with freight carriers and assist with shipping-related questions or issues
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping needs and options
  • Perform quality checks to help ensure orders are accurate before shipment
  • Work with Sales and Accounting to complete daily invoicing and financial closeout activities
  • Assist with shipping claims and carrier late-delivery reporting
  • Support warehouse organization, inventory counts, stocking, and shipping supply maintenance
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and overall efficiency
  • Assist with additional department projects and responsibilities as needed
