About the Role

ATP North America LLC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee daily material movement, supervise logistics personnel, and ensure the timely, accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments. This role plays a critical part in supporting production by maintaining proper material flow, documentation accuracy, and equipment readiness—all while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Lead and coordinate logistics operators to ensure equipment is fully loaded and ready to support continuous production.
  • Oversee proper organization and storage of all raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure all logistics staff maintain strong housekeeping and facility organization.

Shipping Coordination

  • Prepare materials for outbound shipments and verify accuracy of shipped items.
  • Schedule outbound shipments according to production requirements and customer sales order dates.
  • Complete and process all required shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), commercial invoices, USMCA declarations, and other necessary paperwork.

Receiving & Inbound Coordination

  • Perform material receipts for inbound raw materials.
  • Ensure proper routing, staging, and storage of incoming materials.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries aligned with production schedules and material needs.

Material Handling & Equipment Operation

  • Safely operate material-handling equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and more.
  • Maintain mobile equipment in safe working condition and report maintenance requirements.
  • Load and unload trucks and manufacturing machines efficiently and safely.
  • Stage and deliver materials to designated production and storage locations.
Requirements:

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Professional / Related Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment within logistics or shipping.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a managerial role with direct reports.
  • Preferred: Background in the PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) or tape industry.

Skills & Physical Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform physical tasks for a 12-hour shift.
