Description:Join the ATP North America Team!

ATP North America is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Entry Coordinator to join our growing team in West Columbia, South Carolina. This is an office-based position where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

What You'll Do
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in our ERP system.
  • Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally via telephone and email, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process order changes, cancellations, expedited requests, and shipment delays.
  • Send order acknowledgments and shipping notifications.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Management to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with other projects as assigned.
Requirements:What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. One to two years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related office environment is preferred but not required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and the ability to compose clear, courteous, and accurate emails to customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
