Condustrial, Inc. is now hiring a shipping and receiving coordinator in Lugoff, SC


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee the timely and accurate shipment of company materials while delivering exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and positive customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Service & Documentation

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling customer service needs, writing purchase orders (POs), creating routers, and managing all related correspondence.
  • Provide customer service support to additional clients as needed.
  • Prepare and applies labels/barcodes
  • Maintain customer paperwork in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Correct and revise invoicing issues promptly.
  • Schedule customer pickups and ensure accurate communication of shipment details.

Shipping & Material Coordination

  • Oversee proper shipping of company materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Order structural materials and office supplies as needed.
  • Perform shipping clerk duties when required.
  • Clock jobs as they are completed to maintain accurate workflow tracking.
  • All other duties as assigned


Required Competencies

  • Strong math skills, including the ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Previous shipping and receiving experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Forklift experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


Shift: M-F 7a-4p

Pay: $20-$24 (DOE)
