Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Receiving Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all incoming material receiving activities, including system receiving, part labeling, put-away accuracy, and quality coordination for inspections and serial/lot assignments.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment, possess strong organizational skills, and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and supporting warehouse material flow.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the full receiving process, including unloading deliveries, verifying materials, and system receiving.
  • Accurately label parts and coordinate proper put-away into designated bin locations.
  • Identify and resolve receiving discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support identification of planning risks such as shortages or schedule delays and communicate them to leadership.
  • Actively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance in the receiving process.
  • Partner closely with Quality Assurance for incoming inspection scheduling and coordination.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or materials management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite WMS experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated reliability, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Experience leading or coordinating material movement teams is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of materials control, inventory movement, and cycle count processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory and system accuracy.
  • Preferred experience with operating forklift and certification.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the following:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, with occasional heavier lifting.
  • Employee must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, as well as push, pull, and maneuver carts and packages.
  • Manual dexterity is necessary for handling.
  • Loading and unloading materials manually, pallet jack, or forklift
  • Capability to safely operate powered equipment including forklift

Work Environment
This position includes the following:
  • Operates primarily in a professional, climate-controlled office, warehouse, manufacturing and shipping environment. At times, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety gloves, goggles, and hearing protection may be required.
  • Employee will also work outdoors to load and receive shipments, where they may be exposed to the elements, including heat, rain, and cold.
  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with occasional overtime as operational needs may require.
  • Fast paced environment with moving, packing, and staging shipments
