A. Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the accurate creation of daily pick lists reflecting required shipments.
  2. Ensure that staged shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements.
  3. Ensure that loaded shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements
  4. Ensure that all shipments are posted.
  5. Interface with production scheduling and customer service to ensure that all shipments are correct and to schedule 100% of the time.
  6. Ensure that completed shipments are forwarded to customer service, all ASN'S are sent per Customer Requirements
  7. Assists Shipping & Receiving Supervisor where necessary
  8. Perform other related duties as instructed by management.

B. Minimum Qualifications
  1. 2 years related experience as a shipper/receiver or material handler preferred
  2. Experience communicating with Customers preferred
  3. Knowledge of Computer applications necessary, particularly excel.
  4. Escore knowledge would be an asset
  5. Must have completed grade 12.

C. Required Skills
  1. Organizational skills.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Knowledge of related policies and procedures.
  4. Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function.
  5. Forms, Labels, and Tags governing job function.
