Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator Orlando, FL Full-Time | Monday– Friday | 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM $18.00 per hour | Temp-to-Hire HYBRID POSITION / TIME SPLIT BETWEEN WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE Position Overview Our client is seeking a dependable Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator to support daily customer service and shipping operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who also has experience with shipping, receiving, and order processing. Responsibilities Assist customers by phone and email. Process customer orders, quotes, and shipment updates. Prepare shipping labels usingUPS/FedEx systems. Track incoming and outgoing shipments. Receive and verify deliveries. Scan inventory using handheld barcode scanners. Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment. Move materials using amanual pallet jack(no forklift required). Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience. Shipping & receiving experience required. Experience withUPS, FedEx, or similar shipping software. Comfortable using barcode scanners and computers. Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Why Apply?
