Shipping/ Receiving Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
 
  • Receiving parts into inventory using our DBS.
  • Entering posting references into the computer
  • Paper filing as needed
  • Daily cycle counts of parts inventory
  • Assisting with shipping packages using FedEx, UPS, and Spee-Dee software
  • Light warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Special projects as assigned.
