Job Description
  • HOURS: On-the-job training will be conducted for this role, during 1st shift (7:30 am to 4 pm) for approximately 4-6 weeks prior to taking on a set schedule of Monday-Thursday 2:30pm - 1am - enjoy a 4-day work week! 

  • RECEIVE & FINISH LABELS FOR SHIPPING: Band labels from conveyer belt. Make boxes, organize, and label boxes for accurate shipping. Palletize boxes. Operate Radio Frequency scanner and pallet jacks in accordance with established safety guidelines. Set scale and align printed sheets accurately for cutting. Ensure the accuracy of correct labels into the correct box. 

  • TEAMPLAYER: Do what it takes to get the job done and work as a team. Help other associates when asked. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the workstation.

Qualifications
  • KNOWLEDGE: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven dedication in prior roles through longevity and consistent work history. Prior experience as a Finished Goods Associate, Production Associate, Receiving Associate, preferred, but not required. 

  • SKILLS: Must be able to identify color variation on labels. Perform basic math skills. An eye for detail and ability to operate basic computer systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent communication and people skills. Sit-down and reach forklift experience preferred.

  • ABILITIES: THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN OMAHA, NE and requires the ability to work at our office at 132nd & L Street. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting of lumbar and squatting. Ability to stand and walk on cement floors with anti-fatigue mats. Frequent reaching below the waist and shoulder level, and wrist motion and gripping. Must be authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen, physical assessments, audio, and color vision test.
