Position Requirements
We are looking for individuals who will . . .
  • Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect
  • Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability
  • Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift
  • Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors
  • Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
  • Be committed to work 15-30 hours per week
