Our Shift Leaders must support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
