Firehouse Subs Hourly Shift Coordinator

As an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC), you’re the leader on the floor. Leadership here means showing up for your team, leading by example, and serving something bigger than subs.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver great results

while creating an environment where Team Members feel supported, motivated, and ready to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the shift by setting the pace, guiding the crew, and modeling strong service and teamwork
  • Deliver great guest experiences by motivating the team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in clean surroundings
  • Develop your people by coaching Team Members, providing feedback, and helping build skills and confidence
  • Support operations and profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory checks, receiving truck orders, and upholding Firehouse Subs brand standards


What You Bring

  • At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
  • A people-first attitude with strong communication skills and a team mindset
  • The ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
