Our partner is looking for a Part Time Shift Coordinator in Costco in Newark, DE. This role supports daily store operations, including opening and closing event activities, while ensuring compliance with safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards. The position also engages customers through product demonstrations and serves as a resource for team members during shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing event activities.
  • Support adherence to safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Serve as a resource and point of support for team members.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to engage customers.
  • Educate customers on products to support purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare and cook sample items as needed.
  • Set up and break down demonstration carts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform food safety, sanitation, and daily safety checks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
  • Interact with customers, team members, and store personnel.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
