We are rapidly opening new locations and we want you to join our team!
Growing with us doesn't stop after our 8-12 week training program, we continue the development of our managers for years to come and will help push you to the next level.
We know the key to a well operating store is the General Manager. Our bonus program is structured so that the GM has achievable goals structured around labor hours/ food costs and DT times. The GM is eligible to receive up to 1% of gross sales as their bonus. It is not uncommon for strong managers to make almost as much in bonus as in salary. We are seeking dynamic results driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our GOCO Shell, General Manager positions.
If you have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and enjoy a fast-paced environment then this is the place for you. Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous coaching.
Responsibilities:
• Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
• Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections
Requirements:
• Previous Management Experience
• Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
• Excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Proven reliability and high personal integrity
