What youll do
  • As SHE Responsible - Plant Indjija, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Safety, Health, Environment, Fire Protection, and Waste Management systems in line with local legislation and Henkel global standards.
  • You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, trainings, incident investigations, and sustainability reporting, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • This role closely cooperates with production, engineering, contractors, and external authorities to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment.
