About This Role

The New Grad RN Resident in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is an entry-level position ideal for recent nursing graduates. This role involves providing direct patient care and participating in a residency program to enhance clinical skills.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
  • Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.

  • Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when necessary.

Requirements

Education:
