    Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse:

    • Supervises nursing care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and others.
    • Reviews and implements all nursing procedures and systems.
    • Assesses and evaluates the systems which facilitate the delivery of quality care to residnets.
    • Uses a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care.
    • Contributes to the residents assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development and implementation of a plan of care.
    • Evaluates residents’ responses to nursing interventions.
    • Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nurses to plan, organize, develop, and direct the operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and procedures.

     Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse: 

      • High School Diploma or equivalent 
      • RN in OH 
      • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
