Service Appointment Coordinator

Bob Smith BMW is family-owned and led by two of the best women in the automotive business. We're growing our Client Care Center and looking for a sharp, personable communicator who thrives on keeping things moving โ€” someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and takes pride in delivering a great experience before a customer even steps through our doors.

Compensation

Base pay

$18โ€“$20 / hr

Bonus potential

Up to $950 / mo

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound service reservation calls and confirm upcoming appointments with a friendly, professional touch
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts, and "we owe" scheduling
  • Respond promptly to internet leads and email inquiries โ€” same-day responses are a must
  • Manage and maintain CRM communication cycles to keep customer relationships warm and well-timed
  • Stay current on service offerings and pricing so you can guide customers to the right solutions with confidence
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online tools
