MANTECH seeks a motivated, mission-oriented SharePoint Developer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for managing SharePoint sites and accounts, including site configuration, custom feature deployment, managing space, and maintaining backups. You will monitor SharePoint software for any problems and troubleshoot issues promptly. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop SharePoint-enabled solutions to satisfy design objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Server
  • Develop and maintain support websites via SharePoint.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint applications.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint on multiple networks.
  • Gather functional requirements from various customers and implement using SharePoint Designer and other SharePoint related design tools.
  • Domestic Travel up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years’ experience, or high school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant SharePoint experience.
  • Experience in developing complex and custom-tailored SharePoint workflows and data exports to provide maximum automation and availability of submitted data for reporting and metrics on all collected information.
  • Experience in developing, maintaining, and updating site content and the structure of customer network websites, to include restoration after anomalous events.
  • Experience in iterative SharePoint development and customization projects for secure customers.
  • Experience in extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies
  • Experience in SharePoint content management and data entry experience and managing unique and inherited permissions throughout SharePoint sites
  • Security+ certification (active)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous NRO and NRO/COMM experience is highly desired
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and PC
  • Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with enterprise systems/databases.
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Knowledge and experience with testing and debugging methods
  • Experience with interfacing and briefing senior military, civilian, and contractor personnel
  • Experience in preparing and presenting senior level briefings and reports

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a current / active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Frequently moves Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility
