Job description

Nature's Sunshine is seeking an HR Generalist with HRIS expertise to support employees and leaders across our Lehi and Spanish Fork locations. This role is responsible for HRIS administration, employee experience, benefits administration, onboarding, HR operations, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will support the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HR data, coordinate new hire orientation, manage SharePoint resources, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key focus areas include:
  • HRIS/ADP Workforce Now administration and reporting
  • Onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Benefits coordination and open enrollment support
  • Recruiting support and coordination with hiring managers
  • Training development and support
  • Internal communication tools (SharePoint, Org Charts, etc.)
  • Employee relations and culture-building initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Maintain HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics while supporting HR systems and process improvements.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee engagement, transfers, and offboarding, with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.
  • Administer U.S. employee benefit programs, including enrollments, open enrollment, qualifying life events, employee education, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain HR records, job descriptions, organizational charts, and employment documentation while supporting compliance, audits, policy administration, and employee inquiries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities, candidate communications, background checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage HR SharePoint pages, employee resources, internal communications, and HR content to support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience supporting U.S. benefits administration and employee onboarding.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
