As an Operations Spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an Operations Spe cia list who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll provide day-to-day operational support to the Program Management Office ( PMO ) by managing documentation, data entry, file tracking, and updates within established digital workspaces. What You'll Work On: * Organize, upload, and maintain program artifacts, ensuring completeness, correctness, and adherence to PMO structure and governance.
* Utilize SharePoint and Power Platform-enabled solutions created by the development team to keep workflows running smoothly.
* Ensure PMO documentation, deliverables, and operational artifacts are collected, labeled, stored, and maintained in an orderly and searchable state.
* Apply working process knowledge to resolve routine issues, escalate discrepancies, and ensure consistent data integrity.
