Job Summary:

          We are seeking an experienced Lead Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, building, and deploying Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate solutions, and Dataverse applications. This role requires mentoring developers, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, implementing governance best practices, and leading deployment activities while working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

·    Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate solutions.

·    Build and maintain Dataverse solutions, Dataflows (Power Query), and business process automations.

·    Lead solution architecture, including data models, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and scalable application design.

·   Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·    Mentor and provide technical guidance to Power Platform developers through hands-on collaboration.

·   Develop reusable components, templates, and development standards to improve delivery efficiency.

·  Manage application deployments using Power Platform Pipelines and version control best practices.

·  Implement Power Platform governance, including DLP policies and connector management.

·  Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to deliver reliable, scalable business applications.

Required Qualifications:

·     3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.

·   Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

·    Experience designing relational data models and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).

·   Hands-on experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, connector governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
