Preferred
At least 2 years of technical experience
At least 2 years of working directly with Microsoft Office 365
At least 1 year of extensive knowledge and experience of deploying, managing, and supporting Office 365, especially OneDrive for Business and SharePoint
Experience with on premise to SharePoint online
Implement, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot issues regarding on premise Exchange servers, Exchange Online, secure email gateways, and ADFS.
Architecture & deployment experience with Exchange 2010/2013 including mailbox and public folder environment.
Experience with end user mailbox troubleshooting and creation.
Troubleshooting knowledge on mail flow and third party spam firewall like Proof point, trend micro, etc.
Experience in configuring/deploying ADFS
Experience with Microsoft instant messaging platform (Lync / Skype for Analytical and Communication skills)
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications

Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.ย
