About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join a cutting-edge initiative focused on building intelligent business solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents that automate business processes and enhance user experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI services (where applicable).
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise and third-party applications using REST APIs, JSON, connectors, and custom integrations.
  • Connect Copilot Studio with platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure services, and other business applications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AI agents based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver work from a prioritized backlog.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, data privacy policies, and Responsible AI best practices.
