Job description

We are looking for a gurulevel Power Platform and SharePoint expert with deep experience developing enterprisegrade solutions using Canvas Apps, ModelDriven Apps, Power Automate, and other core components of the platform. The ideal candidate will also manage Power Platform and SharePoint administration, ensuring governance, environment management, security, and compliance across both ecosystems.

This role will additionally serve as a Power Platform evangelist, promoting best practices, enabling citizen developers, driving adoption, and guiding the organization toward scalable, highvalue solutions.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years advanced expertise in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, ModelDriven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Business Process Flows, Connectors).

  • 5+ years' experience administering Power Platform and SharePoint, including governance, DLP policies, environment management, and security roles.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administration
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills.

Desired

  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, including SPFx, site architecture, permissions, and solution development.
  • Handson experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and AI Builder / Power Platform AI capabilities.

  • Handson experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks, and integration patterns.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and guide citizen developers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

  • Develop, customize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SharePoint Online using SPFx.
  • Implement Azure Functions and Logic Apps to extend and integrate SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Design and develop Azure Runbooks to support automated deployment, maintenance, and operational tasks.
  • Use PowerShell to perform administrative, automation, and integration tasks within SharePoint Online.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices across SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
