Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with business areas and site owners to determine Active Directory memberships.

Submit requests to National IT providers to have Active Directory groups created, "FedShare" sites removed or modified, etc.

Follow centralization procedures and recommend improvements if applicable.

Work with other team members in coordinating activities, estimating work, reporting on progress, etc.

Transition site ownership from the business area to Central IT.

Minimum Qualifications:

A general understanding of access controls and access management.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions carefully.

Ability to estimate work duration.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Ability to complete tasks or project assignments with minimal supervision.

Ability to speak and write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.

Ability to quickly learn and practically apply new concepts or principles.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience using SharePoint, specifically access provisioning.

Experience in supporting Information Technology assets and/or applications.

Approximate Hours:

Approximately 1,040 hours, with the engagement beginning in the August/September 2017 timeframe and concluding approximately February/March 2018.
