We are seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise Intern to support a six-month initiative focused on organizing and maintaining vendor contract information within a custom vendor management application.

This role offers hands-on experience with data management, contract documentation, process improvement, and AI-assisted document review. The ideal candidate enjoys working with information, staying organized, identifying inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate records.This is a full-time, six-month internship operating in a hybrid work model based in Fremont, IN ; Dubuque, IA; Charlotte, NC; Sandy, UT or Phoenix, AZ.

What You´ll do

  • Enter and maintain vendor and contract information in a custom application.
  • Capture key contract details, including dates, renewal terms, costs, licensing information, and vendor contacts.
  • Upload and organize vendor contracts, renewals, order forms, and related documentation.
  • Review records for missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain progress trackers and communicate status updates and blockers.
  • Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to summarize documents, extract key information, and support data cleanup efforts.
  • Document workflows and support process improvement initiatives.

What We´re Looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
