H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a SharePoint Developer to provide support to the Administration and Resource Management Division (ARI) within Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC). The SharePoint Developer will provide support for all applications on the SharePoint 2013 portal.
The SharePoint Developer responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint and custom solution applications; to include dashboards.
  • Analyzing system requirements and design specifications in support of HQMC Staff Agencies.
  • Performing on-site design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new web applications.
  • Making updates/modifications, when needed, to existing web and database applications for HQMC organizations.
  • Supporting existing applications encompassing custom client-side code, SharePoint Web Parts, Complex workflows, InfoPath Forms, etc.
  • Testing, debugging, and refining NIPR/SIPR SharePoint and application business solutions.
  • Providing recommendations with regards to site collections within the current SharePoint environment in preparation for migration to future versions of SharePoint or cloud environments.

Education:
  • Required - High School or equivalent diploma.
  • Desired - Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Information Systems preferred

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Three (3) years' experience in SharePoint development and management.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Corsa Works, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework toolchain (SPFx Tools) MS SQL 2016 or higher, MS Info Path, MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Azure

Clearance Qualifications:
  • Must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance
