Position: SharePoint Administrator Associate

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

*Required Skills*

·        Strong communication and documentation skills.

·        Problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical users.

·        AD and Azure AD account and group maintenance

·        Strong experience with SharePoint Online administration

·        Hands-on experience creating and managing content types, hub sites, and custom site  tructures.

·        Knowledge of document management principles (retention, classification, versioning).

·        Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online integration with SharePoint.

·        Understanding of permissions models, Azure AD groups, and role-based access control.

·        Experience in storage monitoring and scaling within M365.

·        Kofax Capture administration

*Preferred Qualifications*

·        Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or SharePoint Administrator Associate.

·        Experience with workflow automation and custom scripting beyond PowerShell (Graph API, PnP).

·        Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to extend

·        SharePoint solutions.
