As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting security staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff
  • Provide performance feedback and recognize talent for management roles
  • Ensure security officers are adequately prepared for their assignments
  • Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
  • Conduct site assessments and client visits
  • Collaborate on recruitment needs and oversee client billing

Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Education and Experience:
