Position Snapshot

  • Average Annual Income: Approximately $80,000 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must be a current resident of the state of Iowa (due to state funding restrictions).
  • Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
  • Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
  • Internet access and basic computer skills
  • Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training

Experience is preferred but not required.
