What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you'll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.


Your day-to-day may include:

  • Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
  • Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.


Requirements

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
  • CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

The expected compensation range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
