What are some typical challenges faced by Sourcing Specialists in maintaining supplier relationships?

Sourcing Specialists often encounter challenges such as managing communication across different time zones, navigating cultural differences, and ensuring supplier compliance with quality and ethical standards. Staying updated on market trends and supplier performance is also critical to proactively address potential disruptions and maintain a reliable supply chain.
