SFH stands for Single-Family Home, which is a type of residential building designed to house one family or household. These homes are typically detached, meaning they don't share walls with neighboring houses, and they often include private yards or gardens. SFHs are popular for those seeking privacy, more space, and ownership of both the building and the land it sits on. They differ from multi-family units like apartments or townhouses, which may have shared walls or communal areas.
