About Your Role
At Sendoso, our Warehouse Associates play a key role in delivering high-quality gifting experiences to customers across the country. If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to have you join our SFC team.

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring every order is processed accurately and delivered on time. Depending on business needs, you may support different warehouse functions, including:

  • Receive, organize, and put away inventory
  • Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process orders
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations
  • You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders - in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service
  • Prepare shipments and load boxes for outbound delivery
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate with teammates to keep operations moving
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks
  • Learn and support different areas of the warehouse based on business needs
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet
    Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the warehouse while working alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 8-10 hours and additional time when available
  • Comfortable, closed-toe/closed back shoes are required
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
  • Successful completion of criminal background check
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required
