About The Role
Are you a natural motivator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Fulfillment Center Team Lead to join our team in Phoenix!
This is an engaging, hands-on leadership role on the warehouse floor, you won't be sitting behind a desk. As a Team Lead, you will work side by side with associates and partner directly with the Area Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, accurately, and safely. You are the vital bridge between our floor team and management: helping associates hit performance goals, ensuring inventory integrity, driving lean process improvements, and fostering a positive, high-energy work culture every day.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to arrive 15 mins prior to shift start time to help prepare shift
  • Must be able to lift 49 lbs
  • Ability to be on feet for upward of 10 hours per day
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership experience involving conflict resolution, managing interpersonal relationships, and providing leadership and feedback in challenging situations
  • Continuous improvement experience, including process optimization in a warehouse environment and knowledge of lean process improvement principles

A Typical Day
  • Lead on the Floor: Support daily operations by delegating tasks, leading shift huddles, and assisting with floor production as needed.
  • Drive Inventory & Operational Accuracy: Oversee receiving, staging, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy in Koerber WMS through regular audits and FIFO practices.
  • Train & Coach: Mentor and cross-train associates on SOPs while providing performance feedback to support their growth.
  • Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Enforce a safety-first culture by identifying hazards and maintaining an organized, audit-ready work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and apply lean principles to optimize daily throughput.
