As national contractor, we're are most commonly known for our impressive underground utility installation (Gravity Sewer, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Raw Watermain and Forcemain) deep, open-cut pipeline installation for pipe diameters thru 108".

As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Associate at S.J. Louis, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices accurately and promptly through matching, batching, coding, and data entry to ensure that costs are recorded correctly. You will also communicate with various departments and management to confirm purchase approvals and swiftly resolve any arising issues.

Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you research and address payable discrepancies with vendors, review and process monthly credit card transactions, and reconcile vendor statements. Additionally, you will review accounts payable entries for accuracy and ensure that invoices are paid on time, all while performing other assigned duties that contribute to the overall financial health of the company. To thrive as a Full-Time Accounts Payable Associate at S.J. Louis, candidates must possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. A 2-year degree in Accounting or 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred, ensuring you have a solid foundation in financial principles.
