About the Role
Pay Range: $22.50 Per Hour - Bridgeport NJ
Temporary To Hire
The position involves enhancing the skills, abilities, knowledge and experience for SEW-EURODRIVE customers and associates. The mentor will assess, determine needs and train as needed. He/she will train and perform duties as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Excellent product knowledge is required along with learning new product and being able to present this knowledge in the training environment.

  • Attain and keep current with the knowledge and skills required to train, provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Teach new CS Reps SAP and product knowledge so as to prepare them to function on their own in the normal customer service environment.
  • Support the customer service team to keep the workflow moving
  • Create and keep current all local training documentation as well as assist with corporate documents and the training department.
  • Stay current with all routine customer service responsibilities and perform in the role of a customer service rep when needed.
