  • Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Programs Manager is responsible for ensuring that Seton Medical Center Harker Heights (SMCHH) maintains its assigned accreditations and that the organization maintains survey readiness. Additionally, the Clinical Programs Manager will assist with data abstraction and analysis, ensuring all data is submitted in a timely manner to required databases.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • Education required to obtain Registered Nurse licensure
  • Registered Nurse in the state of Texas or compact state licensure
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
