How you’ll make an impact in this role

Ascension Seton is looking for a board certified Neurologist with Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology to join Seton Brain and Spine Institute.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Seton to provide medical services to patients.

  • Inpatient responsibilities include EMU coverage at Dell Seton Medical Center UT & assisting in interpretation of diagnostic routine, ambulatory, ICU and continuous video-EEG monitoring for Ascension Texas network
  • Outpatient responsibilities include clinic evaluation and management of epilepsy patients; Programming of VNS, RNS and DBS devices is required
  • Faculty Affiliation with Dell Medical School
  • Dell Medical School Neurology Residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Affiliation
  • Employeed W2 position with a nonprofit health system

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
