Description

This position is located within the Logistics Department of 365 Retail Markets, and reports to the Senior Manager of Logistics Operations. Your primary role as a Logistics Specialist will be organizing all logistics surrounding incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain the warehouse per the warehousing procedures set forth by the Warehouse & Facilities Manager.?


Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with both internal and external customers to achieve objectives set forth by the Warehouse Logistics Manager.
  • Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Retrieve and a ship product out of the inventory cage for Support and Fulfillment RMAs per current RMA process.
  • Receive and distribute incoming RMAs to the appropriate Support or Fulfillment Representative.
  • Retrieve and ship product from the inventory cage sold from the webstore or directly sold to the customer.
  • When required, negotiate with other departments to achieve the goals of the Logistics Department and 365 Retail Markets.
  • Identify and help resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities.
  • Maintain current processes within the Logistics Department and improve upon when necessary.
  • Maintain organization of warehouse, along with light cleaning duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse/Facilities Manager & the Director of Operations.

  • Able to perform occasional medium to heavy lifting of 75 -125 lbs
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Up-to-date certifications on powered equipment, per OSHA requirements
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience in Shipping/Receiving
  • Must be able to identify, assess and solve problems
  • Strong work ethic and leadership ability
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM a plus
