The OpportunityAs Donation Center Operations Manager, you’ll turn community generosity into reliable, trackable support for our mission. You will build and run centralized systems for in-kind intake, documentation, inventory visibility, reporting, and internal distribution across programs.Key responsibilities include:- Oversee daily donation center operations and workflow- Implement standardized processes for receiving, sorting, tracking, and distributing goods- Maintain accurate donor receipts, records, and reports using digital tools- Coordinate distribution with shelter, housing, dining, and essential needs teams- Ensure safe, organized storage and movement of donated itemsRequired qualifications/skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, nonprofit management, operations, logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consisdered- 3–5 years in operations/logistics/warehouse/retail/nonprofit operations (or related)- Strong technology proficiency; inventory software experience preferred- Valid driver’s license; ServSafe Food Handler within 90 days- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an active, public-facing environmentApply to help steward resources with integrity and make a difference every day.A Day of FlowYour morning starts with opening the center, checking the schedule, and reviewing what programs need most.
