Job description

New Village Arts is seeking a thoughtful, organized, and service-driven Patron Services Manager to lead our patron-facing operations and help ensure an excellent experience for every person who engages with our organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, building systems, and creating warm, efficient, and welcoming service experiences. The Patron Services Manager plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of box office, front of house, patron communications, and related service functions while working closely with staff across the organization.
What you'll do:

  • Oversee patron services operations, including box office, front of house, and patron-facing communication
  • Support, supervise, and help train patron services and front-of-house team members
  • Help manage staffing coverage and operational readiness for performances, events, and daytime service needs
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve patron concerns, ticketing issues, and service escalations with professionalism and good judgment
  • Help maintain procedures, systems, and service standards that support consistency and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support productions, events, donor needs, and audience experience goals
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in patron services, box office, front of house, customer service, hospitality, arts administration, or a related leadership role
  • Can lead with professionalism, warmth, and accountability
  • Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
