Client Services Group Representative

Position Summary: The Client Services Group Representative's primary role is to interact with customers to provide and process replacement part quotes and orders as well as a liaison between responsible company departments. Assist the Client Services Group Coordinator as needed to liaison with field crews and all company departments to troubleshoot and assist in the correction of field service issues to ensure successful completion of tank construction projects.

Client Services Group Representative Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service Prioritize and respond to customer requests for sales quotes for replacement tank parts Write and release sales orders (SO's) for customers. Act as liaison between the customer and various company departments Track the progress of Sales Orders and communicate daily status to ensure total client satisfaction Maintain documentation to support sales orders Process manway orders as required Work proactively and independently on a variety of projects to support the company. Back-up and support Client Services Coordinator as required Document / research both past and current field service issues as needed. Issue Field Re-Work (FRW's) to initiate responses to field service requirements. Issue Field Non-conformance Reports (FNCR's) to responsible managers. Coordinate a timely response to field crews needing direction to correct construction issues. Follow up to ensure outstanding FNCR/FRW issues have been resolved. Provide status reports to department managers on the progress of field issues when required. May perform other duties as assigned.

Client Services Group Representative Skills and Specifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to effectively communicate complex commercial or technical information. Demonstrated proficiency with G-Suite, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Willingness to learn basic drafting skills. Solid problem-solving skills. Able to manage multi-task work in a fast-paced environment. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work. Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet job requirements. Able to travel in the course of work approximately 10% of the time.

Client Services Group Representative Education and Qualifications: High School diploma or its equivalent is required. Associates Degree in General Studies or related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of bolted tanks, aluminum geodesic domes, and their related parts.

Client Services Group Representative Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of Client Services Group Representative, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Client Services Group Representative Work Environment: While performing the duties of Client Services Group Representative, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
