The Service Advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Service Writers will greet and consult customers on their needs, while providing value-added recommendations and education on services that will result in long-term cost-savings.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in-person or by phone
  • Act as a point of contact between technicians and customers
  • Perform a vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness
