Job description

Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking an experienced and service-oriented IT Manager to oversee the organization's technology infrastructure and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business operations. This position is responsible for managing the IT Department, supporting end users, leading technology initiatives, and maintaining systems that support the organization's mission.

The IT Manager administers and maintains the organization's networks, servers, telephone systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, wireless connectivity, cybersecurity measures, and business software applications. The role provides technical support, manages user access and security credentials, oversees software licensing and technology purchases, coordinates technology for meetings and presentations, develops technology budgets, and works with vendors and consultants to implement best practices for security, backups, and disaster recovery. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

The successful candidate will supervise IT staff, provide leadership and training, manage departmental priorities, and ensure responsive, high-quality technology services throughout the organization.

Qualified candidates must have an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of related IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Strong technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
